Heart/Stroke Provider List

The follow physicians were awarded recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in their Heart/Stroke Physician Recognition Program. This program was developed in conjunction with the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide quality care for patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.
