Jolinda L. Caswell, M.D.
Jolinda Caswell, M.D. graduated from the Ohio State University School of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, OH. Dr. Caswell received her undergraduate degree in education from Bowling Green State University.
Dr. Caswell is Board Certified in Family Practice and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Miami Valley Academy of Family Physicians, and the Montgomery County Medical Society.
Dr. Caswell is one of only a few physicians in Ohio who received recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke. This recognition has been awarded for three years as of January 31, 2006.
Dr. Caswell was a United States Air Force Captain at Wright Patterson Air Force Base prior to becoming Associate Director Family Practice Residency for the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She is married with two children and resides in Dayton.
