Mark A. Couch, M.D.

Dr. Mark A. Couch, Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, is President of PriMed Physicians. Dr. Couch graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Franciscan Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. Couch is one of only a few physicians in Ohio who received recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke. This recognition has been awarded for three years as of January 31, 2006.

Mark A. Couch, M.D. is a member of the American College of Physician Executives, the Medical Group Management Association, the American Medical Association, the American Association of Family Physicians, and the Montgomery County Medical Society.
