Maureen K. Perez, M.D.

Dr. Maureen K. Perez, who graduated from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, OH, completed her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Perez cares for infants, children, teens and adults of all ages.

Dr. Perez has received recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance in their Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. This program was developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide quality care for patients with diabetes. This recognition has been awarded for three years as of January 31, 2006.

Dr. Perez is a member of the Montgomery County Medical Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Ohio State Medical Association.
