Talmage N. Porter, M.D.

Dr. Talmage N. Porter graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his residency at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Porter, received his undergraduate degree from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana.

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Porter is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Montgomery County Medical Society, and the Ohio State Medical Association. Dr. Porter is certified to perform FAA class 2 and 3 pilot exams.

Dr. Porter has received recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance in their Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. This program was developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide quality care for patients with diabetes. This recognition has been awarded for three years as of January 31, 2006.

Dr. Porter is married with one child and lives in Dayton, Ohio.
