Khawaja Shahid Hameed Baig, M.D., F.A.C.C.

Dr. Khawaja Shahid Hameed Baig, Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases, graduated from the King Edward Medical College, University of Punjam, Lahore, Pakistan. Dr. Baig completed his residency at the Sinai Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he was also awarded Fellowships in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. He has been involved in cardiac research since 2003.

Dr. Baig has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance in their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program. This program was developed in conjunction with the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide quality care for patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.

Dr. Baig is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Heart Association, the American College of Cardiology, the Heart Rhythm Society, the Ohio State Medical Society and the Montgomery County Medical Society.

Dr. Baig and his wife Anna reside in Spring Valley.
