F. Ward Blair, M.D.

Dr. Ward Blair is Board Certified in Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, the Montgomery County Medical Society, and the Ohio State Medical Association. He enjoys practicing family medicine as it affords him the opportunity to treat patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly.

Dr. Blair has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.

Dr. Blair graduated with honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and was Chief Resident at DeWitt Army Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Dr. Blair received his undergraduate degree with honors in biology from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. He is married with six children and lives in Springboro.
