Janette R. Froehlich, M.D.

As a Board Certified Family Physician, Dr. Jan Froehlich cares for patients of all ages. A graduate of the University of Dayton and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Froehlich served as Chief Resident at Wright State University-St. Elizabeth Family Practice Residency.

After completing residency, Dr. Froehlich served as a Family Practice Staff Physician with the United States Air Force. During this time, she was active in community and preventative medicine, acute and chronic medical care, as well as operational and occupational medicine.

Dr. Froehlich has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.

Dr. Froehlich has remained active in Medical Education by volunteering time in instruction of medical students of Wright State University School of Medicine, as well as physician assistant students of the Physician Assistant Program at Kettering College of Medical Arts.

Having received many honors, Dr. Froehlich is a member of the Academy of Family Physicians, the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association and the Montgomery County Medical Society.
