Thomas C. Greer, M.D.

Dr. Thomas Greer, graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Greer received his undergraduate degree from Duke University.

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Greer is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Association of Family Practice, the Ohio Academy of Family Practice, the Ohio State Medical Association and the Montgomery County Medical Society. He also serves part-time as the Physician Manager for PriMed Physicians.

Dr. Greer has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.

Dr. Greer has three children and resides in Dayton. He enjoys Celtic music and is an active member of the Dayton Rugby Team.
