Tamme Hafer, FNP-BC

As a board certified family nurse practitioner, Tamme is trained in diagnosing and treating conditions for patients of all ages. She has earned two Master’s degrees, in Nursing and as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Wright State University, in Dayton, Ohio. In 1980, Tamme graduated from Kent State in Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Tamme has served the Dayton area in a range of nursing roles, including internal medicine, geriatric care, emergency medicine and cardiothoracic surgery. She has experience in a full range of medical services, including diagnostic testing, prescribing medication and counseling patients.

She is especially pleased to be caring for patients at PriMed Vandalia. Tamme explains, “This is the community where I live and where my children go to school. I am thrilled to be serving the people of Vandalia and Butler Township.”

Tamme works collaboratively with Dr. Mark Couch and the staff to advanced patient-centered care at the Vandalia office. She has special interest in women’s health and diabetes management.
