Heather Jackson, D.O.

Heather Jackson, D.O. is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. As a Family Practice physician, Dr. Jackson is experienced in caring for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive health.

Dr. Jackson has been specially trained to conduct osteopathic manipulations on the musculoskeletal system, particularly for back and pelvic pain. As an Osteopathic doctor, her focus is on the “whole” person, taking into consideration the patient’s physical and emotional health.

In 2003, Dr. Jackson graduated from Ohio University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Osteopathic internship in 2004 at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and her Family Medicine residency in 2007 at Providence Hospital, in Southfield, Michigan.

Prior to joining PriMed, Dr. Jackson served as a Family Physician and Urgent Care Physician in Michigan. She is the member of American Osteopathic Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

In her spare time, Dr. Jackson enjoys reading and the arts.
