Connie Nichols, FNP-BC

Connie is a board certified family nurse practitioner, with expertise with a full range of medical services, including diagnostic testing, prescribing medication and counseling patients.

Her Master’s degree is from Indiana Wesleyan University, as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Connie also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Delta State University, in Mississippi.

As a family nurse practitioner, Connie is trained in diagnosing and treating conditions for patients of all ages. Prior to joining PriMed Physicians, Connie practiced primary care and emergency medicine in the Piqua and Troy areas for ten years.

Connie works collaboratively with the physicians and the entire staff to advance patient-centered care.

Board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Connie’s professional memberships included the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and the Ohio Nurses Association. She is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
