Matthew L. O’Connell, M.D.

As a family physician, Matthew L. O’Connell, M.D. cares for patients of all ages. Dr. O’Connell graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio and completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Dr. O’Connell has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.

Dr. O’Connell served as the President of Premiere Integrated Medical Associates, Ltd. and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Montgomery County Medical Society, the Ohio State Association of Family Physicians, and the Ohio State Medical Association.
