Maureen K. Perez, M.D.

Dr. Maureen K. Perez, who graduated from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, OH, completed her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH. Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Perez cares for infants, children, teens and adults of all ages.

Dr. Perez has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.

Dr. Perez is a member of the Montgomery County Medical Society, the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Ohio State Medical Association.
