Janelle Pool, M.D.

Dr. Pool has several years of experience in pediatric emergency and urgent care, most recently at Dayton Children’s Medical Center. She completed her residency in pediatrics at Dayton Children’s, after earning her medical degree from Wright State School of Medicine in 2000. As an undergraduate, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1996.

Dr. Pool views her role as a pediatrician to be more than just a provider of healthcare services. She strives to be an advocate for her patients and create relationships with the families by focusing on trust, education and support.

Dr. Pool is board-certified in pediatrics, licensed with the Ohio State Medical Board and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
