Talmage N. Porter, M.D.

Dr. Talmage N. Porter graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his residency at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Porter, received his undergraduate degree from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana.

Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Porter is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Montgomery County Medical Society, and the Ohio State Medical Association. Dr. Porter is certified to perform FAA class 2 and 3 pilot exams.

Dr. Porter has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.

Dr. Porter is married with one child and lives in Dayton, Ohio.
