Kelly Schibler, M.D.
Dr. Schibler has years of experience in family practice and is committed to caring for each patient as a whole person, addressing physical as well as social and psychological needs of the individual.
Dr. Schibler is board certified in family practice. Prior to joining PriMed, she was a physician at Miami Valley Hospital and served as a member of the faculty for Wright State University’s School of Medicine.
She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, graduating valedictorian of the class of 1990. Dr. Schibler completed her residency in family practice from Miami Valley Hospital, where she served as chief resident and received several awards for her outstanding accomplishments. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Akron.
Dr. Schibler has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. This program was developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes.
Although well established in her profession, Dr. Schibler strives to be up to date in her knowledge of medicine today. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the Ohio Academy of Family Practice and the Miami Valley Academy of Family Practice. In addition, Dr. Schibler has been asked to present at medical conferences throughout the country.Dr. Schibler and her husband are parents to their school-aged son. They reside in Spring Valley, Ohio.
