B. Scott Teater, M.D.

Dr. B. Scott Teater graduated from the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He served as Chief Resident at Franciscan Medical Center and also completed a residency at St. Elizabeth Family Practice Residency. Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Teater is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Teater has received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance in both their Heart/Stroke Recognition Program and in the Diabetic Physician Recognition Program. The programs were developed in conjunction with the American Diabetes Association and the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association to recognize physicians who demonstrate that they provide high quality care for patients with diabetes and patients with cardiac conditions or who have had a stroke.
