Patient Experience

The Essential Ingredient is Listening

At PriMed, we know that exceptional healthcare is rooted in understanding the needs of our patients. Listening to the concerns of patients, parents and other caregivers is essential, since good communication is a cornerstone of building a trusting relationship.

The physicians and the entire care team at PriMed offices listen throughout the care experience…whether you’re in the office for a visit, reaching out to the on-call physician when the office is closed, or sending us an email through FollowMyHealth.

Reporting Survey Results

PriMed’s Family Practice and Internal Medicine offices participate in publicly reporting Patient Survey Results, as well as diabetes and cardiovascular health performance measures. Go to YourHealthMatters.org to see how PriMed Physicians were rated, compared to other practices in southwest Ohio.

YourHealthMatters is the work of the Cincinnati Health Improvement Collaborative. A non-profit organization founded in 1992, the Health Collaborative is recognized regionally and nationally for its ability to bring together physicians, hospitals, health plans, consumers and community organizations to work together to resolve some of healthcare’s most difficult problems. The goal is better care, better health and lower cost.

What Our Patients Say About PriMed

Listening to patients goes beyond an office visit. At PriMed, we regularly ask patients to provide input about our services through a survey. If you’re a PriMed patient and receive a survey in the mail or e-mail, we appreciate you taking a few minutes to let us know how we can better serve you. This is your opportunity to tell us what we did well, and where we could use some improvement.Read what some patients had to say about their recent experience with PriMed.

PriMed offices also host Patient and Family Advisory Councils. These are small groups of patients who meet a few times during the year to provide suggestions for improving PriMed services. If you would like more information about our Patient/Family Advisory Councils, please contact us.
