As a DO, Dr. Kindred has special training in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. OMT relieves pain, while helping patients heal or prevent further health problems. A variety of conditions, from headache to plantar fascitis, can be addressed through OMT's techniques of stretching, gentle pressure and resistance.

OUTSIDE OF PRIMED

Dr. Kindred joins PriMED in early August. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, swim, kayak and watch movies.
