We're improving our Digital Services

with a New Health Records System

This spring, we've improved our digital resources. In March, our pediatric offices transitioned to a digital health records system. For our Family Practice and Neurology office, the new health records system launched in May.

During this transition

We appreciate your patience, as our team learns the new health records system. If you have an appointment at one of our locations, you may experience a longer visit time until we’re up to speed on the new system.

MyChart Now Available

Our new systems make it easier than ever to connect with your doctor, check labs, refill prescriptions and more! You can now use MyChart for your patient portal to connect with PriMed.

  • Family Practice and Neurology Patients: Accessing our patient portal is available through Premier Health's MyChart. If you alredy have MyChart through Premier Health, you're all set! Your PriMed providers will appear. Or, to enroll, go to Premier Health's website.
  • Pediatric Patients: You can now access your PriMed pediatric office through MyKidsChart with Dayton Children’s Hospital. If you already have a MyKidsChart with Dayton Children’s, you’re all set! Your PriMED providers will appear. If you don’t have a Dayton Children’s MyKidsChart yet, you can enroll now by going to Dayton Children’s website.

Search “MyChart” on your Apple or Android smart phone app stores.

Better Integration means Better Continuity of Care

The new digital health records system enables us to be better integrated with other health systems in Dayton, and it paves the way for better continuity of care for all our patients.

Individuals who use FollowMyHealth, our former patient portal, can continue to see their health records in FMH. However, PriMed will not be adding new information after March 18 for patients of Pediatrics and May 13 for patients of Family Practice and Neurology.
