Adult Vaccine Research

RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) is a virus that’s found across the globe and causes annual wintertime epidemics in temperate climates and year-round in tropical climates. RSV is the main cause of lower respiratory infections in infants, worldwide. RSV is increasingly becoming a main contributor to severe respiratory disease found in adults over 60 years of age. These are the symptoms of RSV:

  • Wheezing
  • Trouble breathing
  • Fever
  • Cough

As of now there are no vaccines to protect us against RSV. We currently have a research study for a RSV vaccine. If you consider yourself to be in relatively good health and would like to participate in a study, contact the Primed Clinical Research team now.
