You Have Options for Making a Payment

Payments can be made through our patient portals:

  • Parents of patients of our Pediatric offices can make a payment through MyKidsChart. You can access MyKidsChart through the app or by going to Dayton Children’s Hospital website.
  • Patients of the Family Practice and Neurology offices can make a payment through MyChart. You can access MyChart through the app or by going to Premier Health’s website.

If you’d prefer to make a payment without using MyChart or MyKidsChart:

  • Contact our Patient Accounts department, (937) 312-8111, or call your PriMED office and select the option for billing questions. Patient Account representatives can process credit card payments over the phone. Representatives are available to assist you during regular business hours.
  • Make an in-person payment at a PriMED office.

To mail a payment for PriMED services:

  • Payment to PriMED Pediatric offices, please mail to P.O. Box 933410, Cleveland OH 44193-0039.
    • If payment is for pediatric services provided prior to Oct. 1, 2023, please mail to address below.
  • Payment to PriMED Family Practice and Neurology, please mail to P.O. Box 638581, Cincinnati, OH 45263.
