We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us time to accommodate other patients in need of care.

Yes, there is ample free parking available directly in front of our building for your convenience.

To ensure each patient receives the dedicated time and attention they deserve, we see patients by appointment only. We are not able to accommodate walk-in visits. If you have an urgent health concern, please call our office, and we will make every effort to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment for you.

For non-emergency urgent medical concerns that arise outside of our regular office hours, please call our main office number at (937) 426-0106. You will be connected with our on-call physician, who can address your concerns and recommend the best course of action.
