We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance. This consideration allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be in need of care.

Yes, convenient and free parking is available for our patients directly in front of our office building.

To ensure that every patient receives the focused time and quality care they deserve, we see patients by appointment only and are unable to accommodate walk-ins. If you have an urgent health concern, please call our office, and we will make every effort to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment for you.

For urgent medical concerns that arise outside of our regular office hours, please call our main office number at (937) 291-6830. You will be connected with our on-call physician, who will address your concerns and advise you on the next steps.
