  • Office Hours:
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8 am – 7 pm (May–Sept: 8 am – 6 pm)
    • Thursday, Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
    • Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm (Open the first, third, and last Saturday of the month)
  • Phones Staffed:

  • Urgent Calls: A physician is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The best way to schedule an appointment is by calling our office at (937) 836-9921 during our phone hours. Our team will help you find a convenient time and ensure we book the right type of visit for your child, whether for a wellness check-up or a sick visit.

We understand that life with children can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to offer the appointment slot to another family who may need to see a provider.

Yes, there is ample free parking available for patients and families directly in front of our office building.

To provide the focused, quality care each child deserves, we see all patients by appointment only. We are unable to accommodate walk-in visits. If your child has an urgent health issue, please call our office, and we will do our best to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment.

For urgent medical concerns that arise when our office is closed, please call our main number at (937) 836-9921. You will be connected with our on-call physician, who can provide guidance for your child's care.
