    • Monday – Thursday: 8 am – 7 pm (May–Sept: 8 am – 6 pm)
    • Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
    • Saturday: 8 am – 12 pm (Three Saturdays a month)

The best way to schedule an appointment is by calling our office at (937) 748-6116 during our phone hours. Our dedicated team will help you find a convenient time and book the right type of visit for your child, whether it's for a wellness check-up or because they are not feeling well.

We understand that life with children can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy allows us to offer the appointment slot to another family who may need to see a provider.

Yes, ample free parking is available for patients and families directly in front of our office building, making your visit as convenient as possible.

To provide the focused, quality care that each child deserves, we see all patients by appointment only. We are unable to accommodate walk-in visits. If your child has an urgent health issue, please call our office, and we will do our best to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment.

For urgent medical concerns that arise when our office is closed, please call our main number at (937) 748-6116. You will be connected with our on-call physician, who can provide guidance and recommend the best course of action for your child.
