Kristina Helmick is a dedicated family nurse practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. With a master’s degree from Walden University, Kristina brings both expertise and empathy to her practice, helping patients achieve their best health.

Outside of work, Kristina is a proud mom of four and loves cheering on her kids at soccer games, cross country meets, and cheerleading performances. She also enjoys hiking and exploring nature with her husband and is an avid music fan who always chooses a great playlist over TV.
