This spring, our offices transitioned to new electronic health records systems. For a medical group, this is a huge change, and it can’t happen without some disruptions. But we are confident this was the right change for our organization. It enables us to be better integrated with other health systems, paving the way for better continuity of care for all our patients.
We are now able to offer MyChart as our patient portal.
For our Family Practice and Neurology offices, we’re able to offer MyChart through Community Connect, a program to enable smaller healthcare organizations, like PriMed, to partner with a “host” hospital system for their digital health records system. PriMed partnered with Premier Health in May for our Community Connect program.
