Meet Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith is the HR Manager at PriMED, where she takes pride in supporting her team and fostering a workplace with a family-oriented culture. She values the organization’s commitment to providing exceptional care—not just to patients, but to team members as well.

Rachel earned her undergraduate degree from Urbana University in Urbana, Ohio. She holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). An active member of the Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance, she was recognized as Warren County Career Center’s “Valued Business Partner” in 2022.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors with her “big camping family,” exploring activities like hiking, biking, and swimming.
