Meet Zeyna Toubia

Zeyna Toubia, our Chief Operating Officer, brings a deep passion for advancing high-quality care to PriMED Physicians. She is dedicated to supporting our compassionate physicians and staff, always ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients and the communities we proudly serve.

Zeyna earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans and her master’s degree from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, also in New Orleans. Recognized for her leadership, she was a recipient of the Dayton Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award in January 2007 and is a proud Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Zeyna is committed to upholding PriMED’s legacy of exceptional care, while also leading with innovation, operational excellence, and strategic vision to keep us at the forefront of the ever-evolving healthcare landscape.

Outside of her professional life, Zeyna enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new cultures through travel, enjoying the beach, volunteering, and long walks outdoors.
