Point-of-Care Diagnostic Testing
To provide you with quick answers and an effective treatment plan, we offer a variety of in-office, point-of-care diagnostic tests. This allows our providers to diagnose your condition during your visit, saving you time and worry.
Common diagnostic tests we perform include:
- Strep throat and flu tests
- Urinalysis for infections
- Blood glucose checks
- Pregnancy tests
Diagnostic Imaging
For a more detailed look at your condition, we provide on-site diagnostic ultrasound imaging. This tool helps our physicians accurately:
- Reveal soft tissue using ultrasound, to check arteries and veins, as well as the abdomen and thyroid.
- Investigate symptoms like persistent pain in the abdomen or chest.
Having these services available in our office means you get a clearer picture of your health without the need for an extra appointment at a different facility.
Care Management
Even acute illnesses can impact your long-term health, especially if you have a chronic condition. Our care management team provides dedicated testing and support to ensure your immediate health needs are met while keeping your overall wellness in mind.
We help you navigate your care, ensuring that your acute treatment aligns with your ongoing health plan.
Behavioral Health Support
We understand that sudden mental health symptoms can be distressing. Our compassionate team offers immediate support for the onset of behavioral and mental health concerns. We provide a safe, confidential space to discuss your symptoms and connect you with the resources and care needed to support your emotional well-being during a difficult time.
Acute Care FAQs
What is considered acute care?
