We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance. This consideration allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may need care.

Yes, convenient and free parking is available for our patients directly in front of our office building.

To ensure every patient receives the dedicated time and quality care they deserve, we see patients by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk-ins. If you have an urgent health concern, please call our office, and we will make every effort to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment for you.

For urgent medical concerns that arise when our office is closed, please call our main number at (937) 274-2117. You will be connected with our on-call physician, who can address your concerns and recommend the next steps.
