  • Office Hours:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 am – 5 pm
    • Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 am – 7 pm (May–Sept: 8:30 am – 6 pm)
    • Saturday: 8:30 am – 12 pm (First and third of each month)
  • Phones Staffed:

  • Urgent Calls: A physician is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The best way to schedule an appointment is by calling our office at (937) 268-3483 during our phone hours. Our team will help you find a convenient time and ensure we book the right type of visit for your child, whether for a wellness check-up or a sick visit.

We know that life with children can be busy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call our office at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to open up the time slot for another child who may need to see a provider.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking available for your convenience directly in front of our building.

To ensure every child receives the focused attention they deserve, we see all patients by appointment only. We are unable to accommodate walk-in visits. If your child has an urgent health issue, please call our office, and we will do our best to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment.

If an urgent medical concern arises when our office is closed, please call our main number at (937) 268-3483. You will be connected with our on-call physician, who can provide guidance for your child's care.
