MyChart is Now Available
We are excited to announce our transition to MyChart, a powerful and user-friendly patient portal platform. This change allows for seamless integration with our trusted hospital partners, Premier Health and Dayton Children's Hospital, to provide you with a more unified view of your health information.
Family Practice and Neurology Patients
Your connection to our care team is available through Premier Health's MyChart.
- If you already have a MyChart account with Premier Health, you're all set! Your PriMED providers and health information will automatically appear in your existing account. No extra steps are needed.
- To enroll in MyChart for the first time, you can easily create an account on the Premier Health website.

Pediatric Patients
You can connect with your PriMED pediatric office through MyKidsChart, offered in partnership with Dayton Children's Hospital.
- If you already have a MyKidsChart account, your PriMED pediatricians and information will be integrated into your existing portal.
- If you are new to MyKidsChart, you can enroll by visiting the Dayton Children's website.

Accessing your portal depends on the type of care you receive at PriMED.
- Family Practice and Neurology: Log in or enroll through Premier Health's MyChart.

Why do I need an online patient portal?
Your patient portal is a powerful tool that puts you in control of your healthcare. It provides a secure, convenient, and efficient way to review your medical information, communicate with your provider, and manage routine tasks like prescription refills and appointments without having to make a phone call.
What services are offered through my patient portal?
Your portal allows you to view test results, see summaries of past visits, request appointments and prescription refills, pay your bill, and send secure, non-urgent messages directly to your care team. It's your personal health hub, available 24/7.
Can I message my doctor through my patient portal?
Yes. The portal provides a secure messaging feature to send non-urgent questions to your provider and care team. This is a great way to ask follow-up questions from a recent visit or inquire about a non-urgent health matter. Please allow up to two business days for a response.
What do I do if I need help getting into my patient portal?
