PriMED Clinical Research Autism Device Study
Study Name: The Evaluation of the Diagnostic Accuracy of BlinkLab’s Digital Assessments for Autism
Purpose:
PriMED is hosting a research study that is to validate whether BlinkLab’s (Name of Sponsor) neurobehavioral assessments, using a computer program to measure how a child responds to different sights, sounds, and touches, as well as their repetitive behaviors. By analyzing these responses with smart computer programs (machine learning), they can reliably tell children with autism apart from those without it.
What to Expect:
- You will be asked to come to our research clinic for at least 2 visits.
- Your health will be evaluated at each appointment by our research nurse and physician.
- All study-related care and evaluations will be at no cost to you or your insurance.
- You may be compensated $100 for time and travel.

Who can participate in the study?
Children between 2 and 11 years old who have a parent, caregiver, or healthcare provider who has expressed a concern for the child’s developmental progress, potentially indicative of autism, specifically related to:
- Social communication
- Behavioral patterns
- Sensory modulations
What will happen in the study?
You will be asked to come into our Research Clinic 2-3 times and participate in remote testing in the comfort of your home. All study procedures and assessments will be at no cost to you or your insurance.
Will I or my child be paid to participate in this research study?
Participants may receive up to $100 for their time and travel expenses.
