Study Name: LILAC-TIMI 76 by Anthos Therapeutics, Inc.
Purpose:
Looking for participants between the ages of 65+ with atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation! This study is looking at whether abelacimab can help prevent strokes or blood clots that travel through the body (systemic embolism) in people with atrial flutter or atrial fibrillation (AF).
The study includes patients who, either based on their doctor's recommendation or their own choice, cannot take or are not suitable for standard blood-thinning medications (oral anticoagulants).

Who can participate in the study?

You will be asked to come into our Research Clinic to participate. All study procedures and assessments will be at no cost to you or your insurance.
Will I or my child be paid to participate in this research study?
Participants may receive compensation for their time and travel expenses.
